for Accessibility reasons the headlines have to follow a correctly structured HTML code: H1 followed by H2 followed by H3 etc.
H1 is reserved for the page title
H2 is meant to be used for element headlines
H3 is meant for sub-elements
H3-H5 are meant to be used for editorial content
