A global element that is displayed in the same way on all pages. It only changes between responsive viewports.
In the mobile version, the meta-navigation (simple language, user area, language selector) are moved to a burger menu and not displayed in the initial header. The search field moves to the second line below the logo and extends over the full width of the view port.
